ABOUT ME

Kirstin Hay, Virtual Assistant

I am a Virtual Assistant based in South East London, helping businesses looking to gain back time from a wealth of admin tasks. I have a background in Fine Art, with an MA in Drawing from University of the Arts, London (Wimbledon). This visual and creative grounding has been a fundamental guide in everything I do and enjoy.   

I have worked in the Arts and Heritage sector for 25 years and at Somerset House Trust, London for over 15, in a variety of roles covering everything from Wayfinding Strategy, Staff Training and Customer Service to Marketing, Graphic Design, Project Management and Budgeting.

Communication and organisation have been the linchpins to success (and sanity!) in all my endeavours, whether it be discussing branding with high-end sponsors and a plethora of on-site organisations and external stakeholders or managing the writing, design and print-production of the guidebook.

I know first-hand that creating a successful business can be overwhelming and complicated. If you need support but can’t justify the cost of a hiring extra permanent staff, I’m here to help; and I can’t wait to put my skills and experiences to use meeting you and supporting your business.
